Refund policy

If you wish to return a faulty product we will happily repair, exchange or refund subject to the following:

* That the product was purchased within the last 30 days.
* Evidence of the faulty product is provided.
* Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

Koko Collective do not allow change of mind returns, so please choose carefully.
