About Us
Koko Collective is the collaboration between two sisters with a passion for bringing you sustainable and ethically sourced items for your home. Each piece is considered and handmade, creating a unique item for every customer.
Being sisters in business together is so much fun, sure we might not see eye to eye on everything, but we also know each other so well and bring different strengths to the business. Then there are our children (all 7 of them) who spend a lot of time with us at the warehouse and finally our husbands who do so much behind the scenes; helping us unpack our containers but also supporting our dream and encouraging us to do what we love so much.
Our furniture is slowly made, meaning crafted in small batches by our family of artisans in Indonesia. There is sourcing, crafting, drying and finishing times that can not be rushed. As the rattan is a natural product there will also be colour variations to what you see in the products and that is what we love about this furniture.
